Anti-Bullying Week 2014

This week in St. Wolstans it was Anti-Bullying week. This is a very important week in our school as we do our best to stomp out bullying and make sure everyone is included in every school activity. 

On Tuesday the 30th of September we had an cyber-bullying workshop. I really enjoyed it because Kevin, the man who spoke to us didn't blame bullying on the social media websites and blamed it on the people behind the computer screens. 

 

On Thursday the 2nd of October we had our funwalk. The funwalk is an event where every class in the school makes up a dance revolved around the theme of friendship. Each year was assigned a different colour. 

First Years - Pink

Second Years - Purple

Third Years - Green

TY - Yellow

Fifth Year - Blue

Sixth Year - Black and white

Our Class did a dance to Once Upon a Dream by Lana Del Rey and Wake Me Up Before You Go GO by Wham. In the end, our class won! 

It was a great week for learning and having fun with my peers.
